Chief Operating Officer
Jessica L. Mazzeo, Esq. is the Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer at Bossible, where she oversees business operations and guides the company’s strategic vision. As a serial entrepreneur and advocate for inclusion, Jessica advises clients on ways to scale their businesses and navigate challenges by bridging the gap between business operations and marketing. Jessica is an expert on diverse business certification, helping businesses owned by women, minorities, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and veterans get certified to generate new business opportunities.
Beyond her role at Bossible, Jessica is the co-founder of both Griesing Mazzeo Law, a women-owned and operated business law firm, and GriesingMazzeo Leadership, an outsourced HR department and training company. As a trusted and established thought leader on business management, entrepreneurship, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B), Jessica has written for various publications and presented at trade associations and conferences nationwide.
Throughout her career spanning two decades, Jessica has consistently championed diversity in the workplace. Her civic duties have included serving as Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion of the Association of Legal Administrators, and volunteering with the Women’s Business Enterprise Center East (WBEC-East), earning her their Shining Star Award. Jessica holds a degree in marketing from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and a law degree from Widener University’s Delaware Law School
